Camp Attitude in Foster, OR was established in 2000 and is celebrating 25 years this year of serving hundreds of children with physical and cognitive diagnoses and their families who cannot attend a typical summer camp without assistance or aid. And they do this with the central focus of showing the love and servanthood of Jesus to the kids and their families. To learn more, click here Camp Attitiude.
After hearing their heart and then seeing it in action we knew that City Harvest would be a part of this camp for years to come. We started in 2023 by sending our Youth down to be Buddies (a one-on-one friend to the kids with special needs, aka Campers) and felt God leading us as a church family to do more to serve them. We now have the amazing honor and opportunity to partner with the Camp Attitude team to make one week of this camp possible to families in need.
